PT500-503H產(chǎn)品訂購注意事項
1、產(chǎn)品量程選擇：
為了使產(chǎn)品精度、壽命、穩定性等功能達到最佳效果，產(chǎn)品的量程選擇參照以下公式計算：
量程 = 系統最大壓力 X （1.2-1.5）倍；
產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際測量壓力范圍，應該在量程范圍的15%-80%；
2、產(chǎn)品供電及輸出：
供電范圍的選擇按產(chǎn)品的個(gè)輸出規格確定：
常規4-20mA/0-20mA、0-5V/10V輸出，直流12-30VDC供電；
通用RS485-RTU輸出，直流12-30VDC供電；
0.5-4.5VDC輸出，直流5VDC；
3、用戶(hù)要了解產(chǎn)品的測量介質(zhì)特性：
介質(zhì)規格、介質(zhì)溫度、介質(zhì)純度（是否含有雜質(zhì)或顆粒等）；
4、用戶(hù)要了解產(chǎn)品的安裝環(huán)境及安裝方式：
室內或室外安裝；
環(huán)境溫度；
要求的密封等級；
設備的振動(dòng)范圍；
安裝方式：螺紋、法蘭、特殊結構；
安裝空間是否滿(mǎn)足產(chǎn)品外形尺寸；
Precautions for ordering PT500-503H products
1. Product range selection:
In order to achieve the best effect of product accuracy, life, stability and other functions, the range selection of the product is calculated by referring to the
following formula:
Range = x (1.2-1.5) times of the maximum system pressure;
The actual measuring pressure range of the product should be 15% - 80% of the range;
2. Product power supply and output:
The selection of power supply range is determined according to the output specifications of the product:
Conventional 4-20mA / 0-20mA, 0-5V / 10V output, DC 12-30vdc power supply;
General rs485-rtu output, DC 12-30vdc power supply;
0.5-4.5vdc output, DC 5VDC;
3. The user should understand the measurement medium characteristics of the product:
Medium specification, medium temperature, medium purity (whether containing impurities or particles, etc.);
4. Users should understand the installation environment and installation method of the product:
Indoor or outdoor installation;
Ambient temperature;
Required sealing level;
Vibration range of equipment;
Installation method: thread, flange, special structure;
Whether the installation space meets the overall dimension of the product;
使用注意事項
嚴禁產(chǎn)品供電范圍超過(guò)產(chǎn)品規定標準；
嚴禁使用硬物（如：螺絲刀、手指、鐵釘等）去使得壓力膜片受壓力測量輸出；
電源和信號線(xiàn)按訂購產(chǎn)品規格要求，正確接線(xiàn)；
產(chǎn)品安裝時(shí)，受力部位為“過(guò)程連接六方扳手位”，扳手規格與六方相對應；
嚴禁被測系統的介質(zhì)溫度、壓力量程、激勵電壓超過(guò)變送器的額定使用范圍；
注意保護變送器引出電纜，現場(chǎng)使用跨度過(guò)大時(shí)，建議使用金屬管保護或架空；
壓力變送器屬精密計量?jì)x器，切勿強加沖擊、摔打，以免損壞芯體
產(chǎn)品安裝于通風(fēng)、干燥、無(wú)強腐蝕環(huán)境，露天安裝加防護裝置，避免陽(yáng)光直接照射；
產(chǎn)品儀表嚴禁進(jìn)水/漏水/泡水情況，露天安裝加防護裝置，避免陽(yáng)光直接照射；
It is strictly prohibited that the power supply scope of the product exceeds the product standard;
It is forbidden to use hard objects (such as: screwdrivers, fingers, nails, etc.) to make the pressure diaphragm output by pressure measurement;
The power supply and signal lines shall be correctly connected according to the product specifications;
When the product is installed, the stress part is "process connection hexagonal wrench", and the wrench size is corresponding to the hexagonal wrench;
It is strictly prohibited that the medium temperature, pressure range and excitation voltage of the measured system exceed the rated range of the transmitter;
Pay attention to protect the outgoing cable of transmitter. When the span is too large, it is recommended to use metal tube for protection or overhead;
Pressure transmitter is a kind of precision measuring instrument. Do not force impact and fall to avoid damaging the core
The product is installed in a ventilated, dry and non corrosive environment. It is installed in the open air with protective devices to avoid direct sunlight;
Water / water leakage / soaking is strictly prohibited in the instrument of the product. Protective devices are installed in the open air to avoid direct sunlight;
